Job summary

Fluence is seeking a Senior Director of Supply Chain Transformation to drive enterprise-wide transformation across the Global Innovation and Development group. You will translate strategy into action, partnering with IT, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Finance to deliver measurable improvements.

Lead governance, build robust roadmaps, and foster change management across teams while aligning with executive leadership on priorities and investments.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading enterprise transformation and strategy.
• Proven ability to navigate complex, ambiguous environments.
• Experience with cross-functional initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, and IT.

Responsibilities
