Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience leading enterprise transformation, operational excellence, or organizational change initiatives.
• Strong ability to operate in complex, ambiguous environments and align diverse stakeholders.
• Experience delivering data-driven recommendations and executive-level decision support materials.
• Experience with enterprise technologies and digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end value streams, processes, data structures, systems, and operating model.
• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives across IT, Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, and Finance.
• Build alignment around transformation priorities and measure business value with governance and reporting.
• Develop business cases, assess ROI, and drive adoption of new processes and systems.
• Lead organizational change, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategies throughout the lifecycle.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely, on-scope delivery.
