Job summary

Fluence is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel, Supply Chain to serve as a strategic legal partner to global procurement, supply chain, and manufacturing teams. You will structure, draft, negotiate, and manage complex commercial transactions supporting Fluence's energy storage business.

You will advise on supplier agreements, regulatory compliance, IP protection, logistics, and risk management in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission.
• 7+ years of legal experience supporting commercial transactions.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex supply chain, procurement or manufacturing agreements.
• Strong knowledge of contracting principles including warranties, indemnification, liability, IP and supplier performance.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements including Master Supply and Long-Term Supply Agreements.
• Advise on global supply chain, manufacturing, and supplier-management activities.
• Support regulatory compliance, export controls, sanctions, and responsible sourcing.
• Collaborate with Fluence's IP and cross-functional teams to protect technologies and manufacturing innovations.
