Job summary

Every Man Jack is seeking a Sr. Director of Supply Chain Strategy in Mill Valley, CA. This role leads demand and supply planning, project execution, and cross-functional prioritization to turn commercial plans into actionable supply signals.

The candidate will own end-to-end planning, build a stable S&OP cadence, and collaborate with sales, brand, and operations to protect against inventory risk in a dynamic consumer products environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, planning, or a related field.
• Proven leadership across demand planning, supply planning, S&OP or IBP, and cross-functional project management.
• Strong communication and change leadership in a high-growth consumer products environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Management, Supply Planning, and Demand Planning teams, building ownership within each function.
• Build and own a true S&OP process with monthly planning rhythm.
• Lead the project management team through a disciplined stage gate process and cross-functional prioritization.
• Improve planning processes and implement tools/automation to reduce manual effort and improve speed.
• Collaborate across functions to align operational priorities and resource allocation.
