Image Solutions designs, sources, manufactures, and distributes custom uniforms for regional and national organizations. We are seeking a Director of Supply Chain to lead strategy, planning, sourcing, production, and logistics to support growth and operational excellence.

The role is hybrid in Long Beach, CA, reporting to the President, with international travel as needed. You will drive data‑informed decisions, build strong supplier partnerships, and develop a high‑performing team across

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years of leadership experience in supply chain or related functions.
• Experience in apparel/promotional products is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams cross-functionally.
• International sourcing/production experience (Asia/Central America) is highly valued.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute end‑to‑end supply chain strategy and performance measures.
• Lead demand and supply planning and inventory strategy to improve availability.
• Own domestic and international sourcing, procurement, supplier strategy, and negotiations.
• Oversee product development from concept to production readiness with cross‑functional partners.
• Set logistics strategies balancing service, speed, and cost.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing Supply Chain team across functions.
