The ideal candidate has 8+ years in supply chain for consumer goods, experience with ERP systems (NetSuite/SAP), and strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years experience in a supply chain role for consumer goods (beauty a plus)
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP is required; familiarity with SAP/o9/Kinaxis is preferred
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Strong data analysis and decision-making based on trends
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute a production plan aligned with demand forecasts and inventory strategies
• Be a key part of the S&OP process
• Partner with the Director of Contract Manufacturing to optimize resources
• Own component planning, safety stock, lead-time adherence, and inventory strategies
• Reconcile POs across contract manufacturers and suppliers
• Maintain 98% fill rate and optimize inventory levels
• Analyze KPIs and report insights to stakeholders
• Identify bottlenecks and mitigate disruptions
• Coordinate distribution planning with logistics for on-time delivery
• Drive continuous improvement across supply chain processes
