Job summary

Five Below seeks a Senior Director of Product Management for Supply Chain to define and drive the strategy, roadmap, and value realization for technology across transportation, warehousing, global trade, and analytics.

You will lead modernization efforts, partner with Supply Chain leaders, and ensure uptime, performance, and measurable business impact while guiding a multi-year product portfolio across distributed operations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in product management, supply chain technology, or related leadership roles.
• 5+ years leading product teams at enterprise scale.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• 1. Define and own the multi-year product vision, roadmap, investment strategy, and value framework for Supply Chain Technology.
• 2. Direct the product strategy for TMS and WMS modernization across transportation, distribution, and e-commerce operations.
• 3. Build and maintain a portfolio of business capabilities with AI use cases for optimization, planning, and decision support.
• 4. Lead and develop a team of product managers with clear standards for vision, roadmaps, and delivery.
• 5. Manage vendors and risk, ensuring governance, performance, and value realization.
• 6. Cultivate a culture of accountability, user-centered design, and continuous improvement across a distributed team.
