Job summary

Five Below Inc. is seeking an experienced leader for inbound transportation management in a hybrid environment. You will coordinate domestic inbound freight, optimize capacity across multiple modes, and drive cross-functional collaboration with operations, procurement, and carriers to improve performance.

You will monitor KPIs, manage carrier relationships, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve service levels across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or business.
• 5–8+ years of domestic transportation or logistics operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of US freight modes and carrier operations.
• Hands-on experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Manhattan TMS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage domestic inbound freight movements.
• Plan and optimize transportation capacity across TL/LTL/intermodal.
• Monitor shipment status and address delays and issues.
• Build and maintain carrier relationships; monitor KPIs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with DCs, procurement, and operations.
• Develop dashboards; analyze transportation spend and performance.
