Job summary
Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management — Supply Chain Technology to own the product strategy for the global shipping, warehouse management, and distribution platform. You will lead a team of Product Managers in partnership with Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, and executive leadership to translate a bold network transformation into a concrete roadmap.

Qualifications
- 12+ years of Product Management experience with ownership of WMS, fulfillment, distribution platforms.
- Deep enterprise WMS expertise and multi-site transformation experience.
- Experience with global shipping, carrier integrations, TMS strategy.
- Experience leading Product Managers teams and cross-functional partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and multi-year roadmap for WMS and shipping.
- Lead backlog prioritization and sprint planning with engineering.
- Define metrics for fulfillment efficiency and cost.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Engineering.
