Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Director of Product for Supply Chain Systems to own the multi-year vision for Warehouse Management, Transportation, and related logistics capabilities within LOGWHO.

You will partner with Supply Chain, Finance, and Technology to translate operations into scalable technology solutions and measure outcomes such as throughput, inventory accuracy, and cost-to-serve. A senior leader with 12+ years in tech, product, or supply chain roles is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 12+ years of technology, digital product, or supply chain systems experience with leadership responsibility.
• Deep understanding of warehouse, distribution, transportation, and logistics processes and the enabling technologies.
• Experience creating multi-year product visions, strategies, and roadmaps delivering measurable outcomes.
• Experience building and leading product teams across multiple products or platforms.
• Experience with WMS, WES, WCS/warehouse automation, manifesting, and/or TMS in high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Supply Chain Systems portfolio.
• Lead portfolio-level planning, translating operational strategies into sequenced roadmaps across product teams.
• Define and own product KPIs and outcomes (throughput, inventory accuracy, cycle time, service levels, cost-to-serve).
• Partner with Supply Chain, DC Operations, Transportation, Finance, and Technology leaders to shape future-state processes.
• Lead product discovery and capability definition before solutions are designed and delivered.
• Partner with engineering and architecture to translate strategy into scalable technology solutions.
• Set product management standards and operating models across the LOGWHO portfolio.
• Influence vendor roadmaps and ensure future capabilities align with enterprise priorities.
