Job summary

Fluence, a global leader in energy storage and software solutions, seeks a Senior Manager, Supply Chain to drive planning, scheduling, and ERP excellence for Battery Energy Storage System operations. You will coordinate demand, production, and supplier activities to ensure on-time delivery and scalable growth across multiple markets.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in supply chain, strong SAP/S4HANA experience, and proven cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, manufacturing operations, procurement, or master scheduling.
• Experience with SAP, SAP S/4HANA, or similar ERP/MRP systems.
• Experience in battery energy storage, renewables, or related industries.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated supply chain planning activities across demand planning, supply planning, purchasing coordination, and production scheduling.
• Translate customer demand, sales forecasts, and project requirements into executable supply and production plans.
• Partner with Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Finance, Procurement, and Commercial teams to align demand, capacity, materials, and delivery commitments.
• Support material availability, supplier readiness, inventory accuracy, and production schedule alignment.
• Identify risks related to material shortages, supplier constraints, capacity limitations, and schedule disruptions; drive mitigation plans with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Own or support master scheduling activities for BESS production, integration, or fulfillment operations.
• Convert demand and supply plans into executable master production schedules; coordinate with production, procurement, logistics, and quality teams.
• Champion SAP/SAP S/4HANA ERP processes; drive improvements in data accuracy, process compliance, and planning visibility.
