The position consolidates two Director-led towers, partnering with Engineering, Product, and Manufacturing to translate roadmaps into sourcing actions.

Qualifications

• 15-20+ years in direct materials or supply chain leadership in tech hardware or energy sectors.
• Ownership of large direct materials spend with P&L impact and cost control.
• Experience scaling portfolios and leading senior procurement teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale a direct materials organization to support $5B+ annual spend.
• Own category strategy, supplier architecture, and cost leadership initiatives.
• Lead advanced procurement processes and product lifecycle involvement.
• Ensure supply assurance, quality, and risk management across portfolios.
• Partner with executive leadership and cross functional teams on strategic decisions.
