• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• 10–15+ years in hardware supply chain/operations roles; 5+ years leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of BOMs, AVL, ECOs, lead times, NCNR, LTAs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end hardware supply chain and manufacturing operations.
• Own S&OP, demand-supply alignment, and capacity planning.
• Manage CM/EMS/ODM partnerships and MPS/WIP visibility.
• Drive ERP/MRP implementation and process design.
• Maintain 6–18 month supply strategy and risk mitigation.
• Monitor KPIs: on-time delivery, inventory turns, cost.
