Hadrian is seeking a Director, Supplier Quality and Development to build and lead the function ensuring our external supply base meets the same quality and delivery bar as Hadrian's own factories. You will establish the quality management system and compliance framework for outside manufacturing and grow a team to support rapid supply chain expansion.

This role requires hands-on leadership in FAI, CAPA, PFMEA, and close collaboration with foundries and machine shops, with regular travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace, naval, marine, or defense hard-goods manufacturing.
• Strong FAI, CAPA, and PFMEA discipline.
• Proven people leadership experience.
• Willingness to travel regularly to foundries and machine shops.
• Experience standing up supplier quality processes from scratch at a startup or high-growth company.

Responsabilités

• Lead and grow the supplier quality and development team.
• Build the quality management system and compliance framework (AS9100/maritime) for external supply.
• Own supplier quality performance end to end, including FAI, CAPA, PFMEA.
• Lead supplier development, working hands-on with foundries and machine shops.
• Manage supplier on-time delivery and risk across a growing mechanical commodities supply base.
