Hadrian is building autonomous factories to reindustrialize America. As Director, Supplier Quality and Development, you will build and lead the function that ensures our growing external supply base meets the same quality and delivery bar as our own factories.

You will build the quality management system and compliance framework for outside manufacturing and grow a team to support Hadrian's expanding supply chain. Lead supplier quality end to end, including FAI, CAPA, and PFMEA discipline.

Qualifikationen

• Supplier quality or development experience in aerospace/defense manufacturing.
• Strong FAI, CAPA, PFMEA discipline.
• Proven people leadership with team-building ability.
• Willingness to travel regularly to foundries and machine shops.

Aufgaben

• Lead and grow the supplier quality and development team
• Build the quality management system and compliance framework (AS9100/maritime) for external supply
• Own supplier quality performance end to end, including FAI, CAPA, and PFMEA discipline
• Lead supplier development, working hands-on with foundries and machine shops
• Manage supplier on-time delivery and risk across a growing mechanical commodities supply base
