Job summary

Hadrian is seeking a Director, Supplier Quality and Development to architect and lead the external supply quality program for aerospace-grade manufacturing. You’ll build the QMS and compliance framework (AS9100/maritime) and own supplier quality end-to-end, from initial FAI to PFMEA, CAPA, and continuous improvement.

You’ll lead a growing team, collaborate with foundries and machine shops, and ensure on-time delivery across a widening mechanical commodities base while scaling Hadrian’s

Qualifications

• Experience in supplier quality/development for aerospace, naval, marine, or defense hard-goods.
• Strong FAI, CAPA, and PFMEA discipline.
• Proven people leadership experience, with the ability to build and grow a team.
• Willingness to travel regularly to foundries and machine shops.
• Experience standing up supplier quality processes and systems from scratch at a startup or high-growth company.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the supplier quality and development team
• Build the quality management system and compliance framework (AS9100/maritime) for external supply
• Own supplier quality performance end to end, including FAI, CAPA, and PFMEA discipline
• Lead supplier development, working hands-on with foundries and machine shops
• Manage supplier on-time delivery and risk across a growing mechanical commodities supply base
