Job summary

Hadrian, a leader in autonomous manufacturing, seeks a Director, Supplier Quality and Development to build and lead the external supply quality program. You will establish the quality management system and compliance framework for outside fabrication, own supplier quality end-to-end, and grow a high-performing team to match Hadrian's rapid growth.

Travel to foundries and machine shops is required to drive FAI, CAPA, PFMEA, and supplier development, ensuring on-time delivery and NAVSEA/ITAR

Qualifications

• Experience in supplier quality and development for aerospace/defense manufacturing.
• Proven FAI, CAPA, PFMEA discipline.
• Ability to build and scale a team in a startup or high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Build the quality management system and compliance framework for external fabrication.
• Own supplier quality performance end-to-end.
• Lead supplier development with foundries and machine shops.
• Manage supplier on-time delivery and risk across a growing mechanical supply base.
• Travel regularly to suppliers to maintain standards.
