Hadrian is seeking a Procurement Manager, Subcontracts to own the full lifecycle for externally manufactured supply—from RFQ to PO delivery—ensuring cost, quality, and schedule targets while cultivating long‑term supplier relationships. You will lead supplier selection, govern cross‑functional execution, and drive KPI performance in a fast‑growing high‑tech manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree with 5+ years of experience in procurement or related fields.
• Experience identifying and executing optimized machining supply chains or complex manufacturing supply chains.

Responsibilities

• Own supplier selection and sourcing strategy for externally manufactured requirements.
• Coordinate with buyers, coordinators, supplier quality, and operations across customer programs.
• Manage KPIs and take actions to improve quality, delivery, cost, and SLAs.
• Develop long-term strategies for cost reduction, quality, capacity, and ramp readiness.
• Escalate negotiations and resolve commercial issues during order fulfillment.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and governance.
• Present supply base health and risks to leadership, and support SOP development.
• Collaborate with product/software teams to improve tooling and processes.
• Advise on make-vs-buy decisions and manage internal vs external manufacturing choices.
• Work with open order teams to address blockers and risks proactively.
