Fitch Solutions in New York seeks a Senior Director, Market Development, to lead structured finance commercial initiatives from our NY office. You will drive client engagement across ABS, RMBS, CMBS, CLO and related markets, shaping campaigns and partnerships that strengthen revenue growth.

The role requires 10+ years in financial services BD with deep knowledge of structured finance workflows and a proven track record in senior stakeholder management within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ business development experience within financial services.
• 5+ years domain expertise in structured finance markets (ABS, CMBS, RMBS, CLOs).
• Senior stakeholder relationships and Exec level client meetings.
• Ability to make a business case using large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Map capital flows across structured finance markets and channels.
• Develop the commercial view across issuers, investors, and asset managers.
• Ideate, design and implement sales campaigns to boost results.
• Monitor and report campaign progress with course corrections.
• Design customer-centric value propositions and messaging.
• Leverage data to size TAM/SAM and prioritize opportunities.
• Build cross-functional relationships to drive outcomes.
• Engage with senior decision makers to drive strategic partnerships.
