Job summary

Fitch Solutions, part of Fitch Group, is seeking a Senior Director of Market Development in Structured Finance to drive revenue growth from NY office locations. The role covers ABS, CMBS, RMBS, CLO and Agency MBS, linking structuring, cashflow analysis and deal surveillance with strategic client engagement.

You will lead multi-channel campaigns, work with issuers, originators, investors and asset managers, and leverage data analytics tools to shape our commercial view and investment priorities.

Qualifications

• 10+ business development experience within Financial Services.
• 5+ years domain expertise in the structured finance markets (ABS, CMBS, RMBS, and CLOs) and the workflows around them — structuring, cashflows and deal surveillance.
• Senior stakeholder relationships and experience with Exec level client meetings

Responsibilities

• Map capital flows across the structured finance markets and translate into where Fitch Solutions should invest and compete.
• Develop the commercial view across issuers, originators, investors and asset managers; ideate and implement multi-channel sales campaigns to increase sales.
• Monitor, manage and report on campaign progress, course correcting where necessary.
• Design customer-centric value proposition plans and sales messaging aligned with Fitch Solution value.
• Utilize data to size TAM/SAM and prioritize sales focus across structured finance and related pools.
