Fitch Group seeks a Director, Relationship Manager for Structured Credit to join our New York office. You will lead high-impact client engagement, develop market relationships, and support the growth of CLO and private credit offerings across risk platforms and ratings services.

Your responsibilities include updating CLO market research and data, creating persuasive decks, coordinating outreach, maintaining client lists, and collaborating with BRM and Analytics teams to deliver best-in-class

Qualifications

• College degree and 6-8 years of professional work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience in financial services, especially structured finance, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Update and manage CLO market research and data.
• Create and maintain presentation and marketing materials.
• Assist with market outreach, coordinate electronic marketing efforts, and maintain client lists.
• Collaborate closely with BRM and Analytical teams to provide best-in-class experience for users of Fitch CLO ratings.
