Job summary

Rewards Network in Chicago is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to own planning, governance, and delivery of the company’s most strategic programs. You’ll oversee large-scale transformations, onboarding initiatives, and major integrations across product, engineering, data, partner management, marketing, and operations from conception through launch.

You’ll report to the Senior Director of Product as an embedded owner, thriving in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, cross-functional programs spanning product, engineering, data, marketing, and operations.
• Ability to define plans, timelines, milestones and governance models.
• Proven track record in driving on-time, high-impact deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management for complex strategic initiatives and platform transformations.
• Define and maintain program plans, timelines, milestones, and cross-program dependencies.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks; escalate and trade off scope, schedule, or resources as needed.
• Coordinate with Product leadership to sequence work against available resources and govern program health.
• Own program-level reporting to executives and translate complex delivery details into clear summaries.
• Manage cross-program dependencies with internal partners and external integrations.
• Lead cross-functional execution of product launches and go-to-market plans across multiple teams.
• Serve as the primary connective tissue for cross-functional programs and escalate as needed.
• Continuously improve program management practices and governance processes.
• Leverage AI tools to increase program management velocity.
