Bidgely is seeking a Director, Project Management to lead the company’s most strategic, high-touch enterprise engagements from Onboarding to Launch. You will manage executive relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, Delivery, and Sales, and drive portfolio-level reporting and forecasting.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of program or project management in SaaS, leading strategic enterprise engagements.
• Experience with utilities or utility software/consulting for utility clients.
• Proven track record leading executive steering committees and senior stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into implementation plans and solution design decisions.
• Experience across Engineering, Product, Delivery, and Sales teams.
• Experience owning project financials—budget, margin, cost tracking.
• Experience building portfolio reporting, KPIs, and forecasting models.
• End-to-end program management including change management and adoption.
• Experience with Agile software and cloud-based B2B implementations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery outcomes for strategic, complex, high-ACV customer engagements from onboarding through launch.
• Lead executive steering committees and senior stakeholders as the primary escalation point.
• Manage cross-functional delivery teams across Engineering, Product, Delivery, and Sales.
• Translate business requirements into implementation and solution design decisions.
• Oversee project financials, including cost tracking, budgeting, and margins.
• Represent Bidgely in executive reviews and strategic account meetings.
• Contribute to proposals, SOWs, and contract reviews.
