The role requires 10+ years in partnership management within health care or employee benefits, plus exceptional leadership and executive communication to align client needs with our strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of Partnership Management experience in Health Care, Employee Benefits or Insurance (EAP, Wellness).
• Stable Employment History.
• BS/BA Degree.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage Business Relationships with a defined book of Partners and exceed expectations.
• Provide strategic and consultative recommendations to maximize value of EAP and Wellness programs.
• Develop client-specific engagement strategies to drive satisfaction and program success.
• Evaluate and refine program performance to ensure optimal outcomes and partner satisfaction.
