Lumeris seeks a Strategic Provider Partnerships Director to lead end-to-end partner development in healthcare. This senior role reports to the SVP, Growth and builds high-value provider alliances with health systems and large physician groups, shaping strategic growth and value-based care initiatives.

The role requires a seasoned healthcare strategist with executive presence to communicate Essence Healthcare’s differentiated value and to guide cross-functional teams through market research,

Qualifications

• 12+ years in healthcare business development, network development, strategic sales, or managed care contracting.
• 5+ years in high-level strategic business development, complex enterprise sales, or negotiating value-based care partnerships.
• Robust pre-existing professional network of provider and health system contacts in key markets (IL, KY, AR, MO).

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and prioritize high-value provider organizations and health systems in target markets.
• Design and execute outreach strategies to secure access with C-suite leaders.
• Serve as the primary brand ambassador for Essence Healthcare in new markets.
• Manage end-to-end relationship for prospective strategic partners.
