Job summary

CodePath is seeking a senior partnerships leader to expand its AI-native education initiatives. You will own a multi-year portfolio with six- to eight-figure commitments, build relationships with foundations and corporate funders, and drive strategy from prospecting through renewal.

You'll collaborate across finance, program, research and communications teams, prepare executive briefs, and guide a small team to scale partnerships nationwide from NYC or SF.

Qualifications

• Strong record closing complex institutional partnerships in multi six- and seven-figure ranges.
• Credibility and networks with foundations, funders, or strategic partners in tech, education, or philanthropy.
• Ability to hunt and steward opportunities with long sales or fundraising cycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full partnership lifecycle from qualification to renewal and expansion.
• Develop strategy, stakeholders, timing, and fit with CodePath programs.
• Prepare executive briefs and collaborate across grant writing, program, finance, research, and communications.
