Code AI is seeking a Director of Global Strategy & Programs to expand CS+AI learning worldwide. You will define the strategic direction, build partnerships with ministries and educators, and translate strategy into classroom-ready programs and scalable operating models.

You will lead a small global team, manage budgets, and align programs with Code AI's mission while traveling for team events. This role requires deep nonprofit and education ecosystem expertise and a collaborative leadership

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience driving systemic change in K-12 education worldwide, particularly in AI and CS education.
• Experience in nonprofit settings, partnering with ministries of education, school systems, and teacher networks.
• Autonomous operating style — align programs and partnerships across complex education ecosystems.
• Design and scale programs spanning curriculum, teacher PD, government relations, and partner enablement.

Responsabilités

• Global Strategy & Impact: Define goals, KPIs, market approaches; own global performance.
• Programs, Markets & Partnerships: Build scalable global programs with in-market and direct investment models.
• Team & Operational Leadership: Lead a Global team, manage budget, oversee vendors and partners.
• Advocacy & Organizational Alignment: Represent Code AI to government, partners, and media.
