CodeAI in the United States seeks a Director of Global Strategy & Programs to set the strategic direction for expanding CS+AI learning outside the U.S. You will build programs, partnerships, and systems to maximize impact globally.

You will translate big-picture strategy into operating models for classrooms, while representing CodeAI's global work to ministries of education, partners, and media.

Qualifications

• 7+ years driving systemic change in K-12 AI/CS education worldwide.
• Experience partnering with ministries of education and school systems to expand equitable CS access.
• Autonomous, entrepreneurial operating style.
• Ability to design and scale multi-workstream programs: curriculum, teacher PD, government relations, partnerships.
• Comfort presenting strategic frameworks to boards and funders.
• Proven track record building data-driven systems to measure impact.
• Trusted mentor and collaborator across diverse teams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Define CodeAI's global strategy, goals, and market approaches for CS/AI learning.
• Own global performance using data, market insight, and partner feedback.
• Balance depth in priority markets with scalable approaches elsewhere.
• Lead global programs and partnerships to deliver learning experiences.
• Design frameworks integrating curriculum, product, marketing, operations, and partnerships.
• Secure resources and cross-functional buy-in for global strategies.
• Represent CodeAI to ministries, partners, and media.
