Responsibilities

• Lead the Partnership Growth team with mentorship and oversight of initiatives and quality work.
• Develop and implement strategies to identify, cultivate, and manage high-impact partnerships driving revenue growth.
• Build and maintain high-level partnerships through strategic relationship management.
• Identify opportunities to expand partnerships across new and existing verticals.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and translate data into executive-ready materials.
• Navigate difficult partner conversations, renegotiations, and exits to resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize partnership opportunities and alignment.
• Track KPIs and adjust strategies to meet targets.
