Qualifications

• 10+ years of strategic partnership management across industries such as real estate, technology, and financial services.
• Proven experience owning a partner portfolio with direct revenue accountability.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team in a collaborative, high-performance environment.
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies.
• Exceptional leadership, influence, and negotiation skills with executive presence.
• Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience producing executive-ready business reviews and partner materials.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Partnership Growth team with mentorship and guidance to ensure high-quality execution of initiatives.
• Develop and implement strategies to identify, cultivate, and manage high-impact partnerships driving revenue growth.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners for mutually beneficial collaborations.
• Identify new opportunities and expand the partnership portfolio across industry verticals.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with partners and translate performance data into executive-ready narratives.
• Navigate difficult partner conversations including renegotiations and exits to resolution.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, legal, product, and marketing to maximize opportunities.
• Track KPIs to measure success and adjust strategies to meet targets.
• Represent the organization at industry events and meetings.
