Vybond, a global leader in pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes, seeks an experienced Director of Key Accounts to drive strategy and growth for strategic customers in Franklin, KY. You will own long-term plans, coordinate across Product Management, R&D, Operations, and Finance to deliver profitable outcomes.

The role requires 8–10 years in strategic B2B sales, strong relationship-building with senior leaders, and a strong grasp of pricing, contracts, and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, engineering, marketing or related field.
• 8–10 years in progressive B2B sales, business development, or strategic account management.
• Experience managing large strategic/national accounts with revenue and profitability targets.
• Strong pricing, contract negotiations and forecasting skills.
• Ability to build relationships across multiple levels in large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts with accountability for revenue growth and profitability.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans identifying priorities, growth opportunities and key decision makers.
• Build multi-level relationships across customer organizations including senior leadership.
• Identify opportunities to expand share of wallet across locations, products and services.
• Lead commercial discussions on pricing, contracts, rebates, and terms while protecting profitability.
• Forecast, pipeline management, and alignment across sales, product, operations, and finance.
• Represent the company at meetings and industry events to promote growth and partnerships.
