Job summary

VYBOND SPECIALTY ADHESIVES LLC is seeking an experienced Director of Key Accounts to lead strategy, growth, and development of major customer relationships. The role oversees cross-functional resources across Product Management, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Quality to meet business objectives.

You will build strategic account plans, deepen executive relationships, and drive profitable organic growth across new applications and locations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in business, engineering, marketing, or related field.
8–10 years of progressive B2B sales or strategic account management in industrial sectors preferred.
Proven success managing large national accounts with revenue, profitability, and EBITDA objectives.
Strong negotiation, forecasting, pricing, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and grow a portfolio of strategic/key accounts with revenue growth and long-term value creation.
Develop and execute strategic account plans identifying priorities, opportunities, and decision makers.
Build multi-level relationships across customer organizations, including executives and procurement.
Drive share of wallet, cross-sell, and expansion across locations, products, and tech.
Lead pricing discussions, contracts, rebates, and other terms while protecting profitability.
Forecast accurately, manage pipelines, and coordinate senior stakeholders across departments.
Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and strategic forums.
