Job summary

Under supervision of Product Development Engineers and Manager, you will compile data, prepare reports, ensure change-control compliance, and contribute to cost reduction and supply

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent technical training.
• 0–3 years relevant experience in product development or lab testing.
• Experience with adhesives, coatings, polymers, extrusion, or related processes is a plus.
• Ability to follow test methods, specifications, trial protocols, safety procedures, and work instructions.
• Strong data organization and escalation skills.
• Willingness to work in laboratory, pilot, and manufacturing environments with documentation focus.
• Proficiency in Excel and standard office applications.

Responsibilities

• Execute product development and improvement activities per approved plans.
• Prepare materials, testing, and documentation for projects.
• Lead production validation trials with cross-functional teams.
• Verify trial readiness and approvals before startup.
• Monitor and document trial conditions and deviations; escalate issues.
• Collect samples and perform routine testing per ASTM/PSTC methods.
• Compile data and prepare qualification summaries and reports.
• Maintain accurate and traceable project documentation.
