Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, engineering, business, or related field.
• 10+ years of investment banking, infra/energy private equity, corporate development, or advisory experience.
• Strong valuation, financial modeling, analysis and investment judgment abilities.
• Experience leading cross-functional execution in live transactions and due diligence.

• Oversee investment pipeline, establish gates, criteria, and capital allocation with leadership.
• Evaluate opportunities and provide strategic recommendations based on risk-adjusted returns.
• Monitor market trends across ISO/RTO markets and interconnection activity.
• Present updates to executive leadership, Board, and stakeholders.
• Support capital planning, deployment forecasts and portfolio prioritization.
• Lead acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and platform partnerships.
• Define investment theses, valuation parameters, and negotiation positions.
• Direct cross-functional due diligence across legal, tax, finance, and operations.
• Oversee transaction negotiations, governance materials, and closing.
• Lead asset monetization analyses and buyer engagement.
• Collaborate with Development, Project Finance, Legal, Tax, Accounting, and Engineering teams.
