• 3–7 years of post-bar experience in project finance for renewable energy transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage legal workstreams for project-level debt, tax equity, and related financings from term sheet to closing.
• Draft, review, and negotiate financing documents including credit agreements and intercreditor agreements.
• Coordinate due diligence across internal stakeholders and external counsel.
• Support commercial negotiations on PPAs, VPAs, hedges, EPC, and equipment supply agreements to ensure financeability.
• Advise on project company formation, governance, and compliance matters.
