Bausch + Lomb seeks a senior Director of Corporate Development to drive long-range strategic planning and manage M&A opportunities. You will work directly with the SVP to shape growth, evaluate partnerships, and lead complex transactions with cross-functional teams.

The role requires deep financial acumen, global deal experience in life sciences, and excellent communication skills to influence senior leadership and guide strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, life sciences, or related field.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, business development, M&A, investment banking or related field.
• Experience in a global life sciences organization is required.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel/PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the SVP to craft long-range strategic plans aligned with the organization's vision.
• Source, evaluate and execute M&A opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Lead end-to-end transaction processes including due diligence, valuation, deal structuring, and integration planning.
• Build sophisticated financial models and business cases to support decisions.
• Manage external advisors during transaction processes.
• Assess portfolio opportunities including divestitures and asset rationalization.
• Lead the development and implementation of corporate strategy with growth opportunities.
