Bausch + Lomb is seeking an exceptional Senior Director of Corporate Development to shape the future of eye health. This role leads M&A, partnerships, and strategic initiatives, reporting to the SVP of Business Development & Corporate Strategy.

The candidate will build financial models, evaluate opportunities, manage external advisors, and guide cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, global lifesciences environment. Remote US location is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills required.
• Excellent PowerPoint and presentation abilities.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and complex projects.
• Proven leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, global lifesciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and execute M&A opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Lead end-to-end transaction processes including due diligence, valuation, and deal structuring.
• Build robust financial models and business cases for investment opportunities.
• Manage external advisors such as banks, consultants, and legal counsel.
• Assess portfolio optimization and potential divestitures to focus on value.
• Lead development and implementation of corporate strategy with growth initiatives.
• Define KPIs and measure long-range initiative performance.
• Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and trends.
