Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Senior Director of Corporate Development to shape our strategic growth in eye health. You will lead M&A, partnerships, and licensing opportunities, building sophisticated financial models and engaging with senior leadership to drive value.

The role requires 12+ years in corporate strategy or related fields within global life sciences, with strong financial acumen and executive communication skills. Remote US location is possible.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in corporate strategy, business development, M&A or related field.
• Experience in a global lifesciences organization.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; also proficient in PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SVP to create long-range strategic plans.
• Source, evaluate and execute M&A opportunities and partnerships.
• Lead end-to-end transaction processes including due diligence and deal structuring.
• Build financial models and business cases to evaluate investments.
• Manage external advisors during transaction processes.
• Identify growth opportunities and portfolio optimization.
• Set KPIs and monitor long-range initiatives.
• Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking.
• Engage senior leadership and align with cross-functional teams.
