Job summary

Bausch + Lomb seeks a Senior Director of Corporate Development to shape growth, identify and execute M&A opportunities, and evaluate strategic partnerships. You will report to the SVP, Business Development & Corporate Strategy, and lead end-to-end transaction processes with cross-functional teams.

The role requires deep finance understanding, robust modeling, and the ability to collaborate across functions in a global lifesciences company. Location may be US remote with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, life sciences, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years in corporate strategy, business development, strategy consulting, M&A, investment banking or related field.
• Experience in a global lifesciences organization; pharmaceutical experience preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; PowerPoint skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate and execute M&A opportunities, strategic partnerships, and licensing deals.
• Lead end-to-end transaction processes including due diligence, valuation and deal structuring.
• Build sophisticated financial models and business cases to support executive decisions.
• Manage external advisors such as banks, consultants and legal counsel.
• Identify portfolio optimization opportunities including divestitures and asset rationalization.
• Drive development and implementation of corporate strategy and KPIs.
