Job summary

Bausch + Lomb seeks a Senior Director of Corporate Development to shape growth and transformation. You will develop strategic initiatives, identify and execute M&A opportunities, evaluate partnerships, and lead end-to-end transaction processes with cross-functional teams.

The role requires deep finance understanding, robust strategic acumen and the ability to collaborate with senior leadership across a global lifesciences organization. Remote US location is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, life sciences, or related field; MBA strongly preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, business development, M&A, or related field.
• Experience in a global life sciences organization and familiarity with pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SVP to shape long-range strategic plans aligned with vision and goals.
• Source, evaluate, and execute M&A opportunities, strategic partnerships, and licensing agreements.
• Lead end-to-end transaction processes including target identification, due diligence and deal structuring.
• Build financial models and business cases to quantify strategic value creation.
• Manage external advisors during transaction processes and due diligence.
• Identify portfolio optimization opportunities including divestitures and asset rationalization.
