Bausch + Lomb is seeking a senior Director of Corporate Development to shape our growth strategy and lead M&A, partnerships, and licensing initiatives in the eye health sector.Reporting to the SVP, you will drive long-range plans, build financial models, and manage external advisors across global transactions.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in corporate strategy or related fields, with strong finance skills and a track record in lifesciences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, life sciences, or related field; MBA from top-tier program strongly preferred
• 12+ years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, business development, strategy consulting, M&A, investment banking or related field
• Experience working in a global lifesciences organization; pharmaceutical experience preferred
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; strong PowerPoint skills

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the SVP to create and execute long-range strategic plans that align with the organization's vision, mission, and goals
• Source, evaluate and execute M&A opportunities, strategic partnerships, and licensing agreements
• Lead end-to-end transaction processes including target identification, due diligence, valuation, deal structuring, and post-merger integration activities
• Build sophisticated financial models and business cases to evaluate investment opportunities and support executive decisions
• Manage external advisors during transaction processes
• Assess portfolio optimization opportunities including divestitures and asset rationalization
• Lead the development and implementation of corporate strategy and growth opportunities
• Identify KPIs and establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of long-range initiatives
• Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking and identify growth opportunities
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and advise senior leadership on industry trends
