Job summary

Zero Hash is seeking a dynamic Director/Senior Director, Relationship Management with strong B2B experience to build and scale revenue. This fully remote role focuses on managing key client relationships across fintech, crypto, and payments partners, coordinating across sales, product, and engineering.

You will lead onboarding, develop account-based strategies, oversee renewals, and drive customer advocacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7-10 years of experience in B2B Relationship Management/ Business Development.
• Experience growing client relationships including cross-sell/expansion.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, able to explain complex topics simply.
• Experience working in fintech, brokerage, payments, and/or the crypto industry.
• Travel requirements up to 20% to zerohash offices and client locations (depending on business need).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations to facilitate collaboration and drive joint initiatives.
• Develop customer relationships into zerohash advocates to help build a strong community of customers.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, product, legal, and finance to ensure smooth onboarding and align client strategy with business goals.
• Organize and lead monthly calls and quarterly business reviews with clients; contribute to revenue tracking and reporting.
• Create account-based strategies focusing on enablement, account mapping, share of wallet expansion, upselling and co-marketing.
• Channel client voice internally with Engineering, Product, Sales, Finance and Marketing to influence roadmaps and product fit.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities; drive adoption of new products.
• Negotiate client agreements and contracts; ensure alignment with company goals.
• Own retention and contract renewals; maintain high service delivery measured by NPS.
• Design data-driven reporting to track client satisfaction; maintain operational excellence in partner processes.
