Job summary

zerohash is seeking a remote Solutions Engineer to join the Revenue organization in the US/Canada region. You will act as a trusted technical advisor across the customer lifecycle, guiding evaluation, integration, launch, and scale of zerohash infrastructure in crypto and financial ecosystems.

In this highly collaborative role, you will work with Sales, Relationship Management, Product, and Engineering to drive successful integrations and production launches, helping customers move to production

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in customer-facing technical roles (solutions engineering, sales engineering, or equivalent).
• Experience with brokerage, trading, crypto infrastructure products.
• Experience with FIX protocol and FIX-based integrations.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, REST, and distributed systems.
• Experience troubleshooting integrations across multiple systems.
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (Python, JavaScript, or Go).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert on zerohash products, APIs, trading infrastructure, and integration patterns.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor through evaluation to production launch.
• Lead discovery sessions, architecture discussions, and product demonstrations.
• Advise customers on integration best practices across REST, FIX, and trading workflows.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and accelerate time to production.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable feedback for Product/Engineering.
• Partner with Sales to drive adoption and growth.
