Job summary

zerohash is seeking an accomplished Relationship Manager to grow and scale revenue from our B2B client base, including broker dealers, banks, fintechs, and merchants. You will own the day-to-day relationship, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive adoption and retention in a remote East Coast role.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of B2B RM experience, outstanding communication, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset. Travel up to 20% may be required to support client locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B Relationship Management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Travel requirements up to 20% to zerohash offices and client locations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Senior Management and C-level executives of strategic accounts
• Partner with internal teams to provide a smooth onboarding and positive client experience during implementation and go live.
• Quarterback additional service usage by identifying expansion, upsell and cross sell opportunities and adoption of new products
• Organize and lead monthly calls and quarterly business reviews with supported clients and also contribute to monthly revenue tracking and reporting to leadership as well as clients.
• Develop customer relationships into zerohash advocates to help build a strong community of customers
• Responsible for ensuring the highest level of service delivery across the business measured by NPS
• Work with Engineering, Product, Sales, Finance and Marketing teams to channel the enterprise voice internally, impact product roadmaps, and ensure our solutions meet the needs of the market
• Provide data driven reporting to track client satisfaction
• Own retention and contract renewals
• Excel at operating in a dynamic and quickly changing environment
• Act as liaison between client feedback and product enhancement requests and our internal teams
