Precede Biosciences, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director of Alliance and Project Management to drive delivery across biopharma partnered programs.

You will collaborate with Business Development, Translational Medicine, Computational Biology, R&D, and Operations to develop program plans and execute alliance milestones. The role requires at least 8 years in alliance management or related partnerships, a strong track record in contract management, and the ability to influence cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, genetics, or related field; Master’s or PhD preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in alliance management, business development, or managing strategic partnerships.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and serve as primary point of contact for designated biopharma collaborations.
• Oversee alliance lifecycle, ensuring adherence to contracts and company policies.
• Develop and maintain program plans with internal stakeholders to ensure contract deliverables.
• Lead day-to-day alliance activities and drive program execution with clear timelines.
• Facilitate partnership meetings, set deliverable goals, track progress, and prepare reports.
• Cultivate relationships with internal teams and external partners to advance alliance goals.
• Anticipate gaps in contracts and execution, proposing solutions to maintain collaboration.
• Coordinate with corporate development, R&D, operations, and legal to align goals.
