Beacon Biosignals is seeking a Director of Alliance Management to own and steward high-value, enterprise partnerships, embedding in the client organization to drive cross-functional execution and long-term value delivery. • Proven experience leading complex client engagements with C-suite visibility.
• Experience managing multi-year strategic partnerships in biopharma/biotech/medtech.
• Strong ability to translate scientific/technical concepts for executive audiences.
• Autonomous, fast-paced startup environment experience.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary relationship owner for one or more enterprise partnerships.
• Develop and maintain executive-level relationships across scientific, clinical, operational, and commercial functions.
• Ensure alignment of partner objectives, timelines, and expectations through lifecycle.
• Lead post-contract partnership planning: governance, cadence, success metrics, communications.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities to expand scope and grow partnership value with new use cases.
• Translate capabilities into strategic value for clinical development programs.
• Provide scientifically grounded insights to inform study design and data strategy.
• Deliver high-impact strategic readouts to senior stakeholders.
