Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering with 10+ years of applied experience.
• 5+ years leading technologists to manage complex technical domains.
• Expertise in system design, full stack development, testing, and operational stability.
• Experience with distributed cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with enterprise design patterns and microservices architectures.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor technology teams and next-level leaders.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, agile environment with distributed teams.
• Experience implementing industry-standard cybersecurity controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, direct and manage all aspects of Technology Delivery.
• Leads multiple technology implementations across departments to achieve firmwide objectives.
• Directly manages multiple areas with strategic transactional focus.
• Acts as the primary interface with senior leaders, stakeholders, and executives, driving consensus across competing objectives.
• Manages multiple stakeholders, complex projects, and large cross-product collaborations.
• Influences peer leaders and senior stakeholders across product, technology, and design teams.
