Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with leadership.
• Deep expertise in core banking systems and payment processing.
• Strong hands-on background in Java, Spring, JMS, and Web services.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (Oracle, Cassandra, Cockroach).
• Proficiency in cloud-native architectures, microservices, DevOps, and CI/CD.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and SDLC.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across time zones.
• Strategic thinker who can execute with resilience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement innovative solutions to boost efficiency for high-volume, low-latency apps.
• Ensure systems are designed for scalability, resilience, and interoperability using cloud-based technologies.
• Leads technology and process implementations to achieve functional technology objectives.
• Makes decisions that influence resources, budgets, and execution of processes.
• Carries governance accountability for coding decisions, control obligations, and measures of success.
• Delivers technical solutions that can be leveraged across multiple businesses.
• Influences peer leaders and senior stakeholders across business, product, and tech teams.
