JPMorganChase in Jersey City is seeking a Senior Director of Software Engineering to lead multiple technical areas within the Consumer and Community Banking Data Products Team. You will guide complex programs, manage departments, and drive adoption of advanced data-driven methods.

You will collaborate with data architects, analytics, and business teams to deliver scalable data solutions, align with corporate strategy, and mentor engineers and architects across platforms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading complex software projects and programs.
• Lead Data Product Development with strategic roadmapping.
• Analyze allocation processes and drive improvements and innovation.
• Develop data products with scalable data solutions for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data architects and analytics teams.
• Align data products with business use cases.
• Provide day-to-day leadership across engineers and architects.
• Improve resiliency, availability, and security in Public Cloud per JPMorganChase standards.
• Expertise in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
