Job summary

You will shape long-term technical vision, drive scalable cloud and data solutions, and oversee teams from Directors to ICs, ensuring adherence to Centauri standards and best practices. You will also lead hiring, career development, and performance strategies to build high-functioning teams focused on delivering across Centauri’s healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years in technology application, database, or systems development.
• 5+ years leading software engineering professionals and teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term technical vision and strategy for product areas.
• Drive architecture function and team to scalable platforms.
• Establish development standards, security, reliability, and cost optimization.
• Hire, coach, and promote software engineering staff in partnership with delivery lines.
